this work?
Do you charge a planning fee?
Yes. A planning fee starts from €350 for a single property and from €750 for a full itinerary. This covers the research, curation and personal advisory that goes into every trip. Hotel commissions are paid by the property directly — at no additional cost to you.
What kind of trips do you plan?
Bespoke luxury trips for families, multigenerational groups, honeymoons and wellness retreats. Properties typically start from €400 per night. I specialise in trips where getting it right matters — not the cheapest option, but the right one.
How far in advance should I get in touch?
The earlier, the better — especially for peak season or complex itineraries. That said, I am experienced with shorter lead times and will always tell you honestly what is achievable.
What happens after I send my enquiry?
I read every message personally and respond within one business day. If it sounds like a good match, I will suggest a short call or exchange to understand what you are looking for before any planning begins.
